Kade and his volunteers restored a barbecue station at the Aiea Loop Trailhead at Keaiwa State Park. The existing BBQ was in poor condition and no longer safe for open-flame cooking. To complete the project, Kade organized a team of Scouts, worked with a professional mason, and raised funds for the restoration. A custom metal grate was fabricated, and the barbecue was rebuilt using the same design and materials as the original structure to preserve its appearance while returning it to safe, functional use.
