Flag Trailer at Los Angeles National Cemetery

Alec and his helpers created a new metal box on a trailer to house, protect and transport flags easily around the Los Angeles National Cemetery. Previously, the flags were kept in a plywood box with caster wheels which was falling apart.

Every Memorial Day, Boy Scouts, Sea Scouts, Girl Scouts, Venture Crews, Cub Scouts and volunteers come to the cemetery and place small American flags on every grave. During events at the cemetery, they also put out 50 American flags and 50 state flags which are full sized flags placed on 15-foot poles.
